Faith Leaders: Sign the U.S. Supreme Court Brief to Support Full LGBTQ Nondiscrimination, Without Exemption

Following a massive victory for LGBTQ workers, the US Supreme Court this fall will hear 'Fulton v. City of Philadelphia,' No. 19-123, a case concerning whether agencies with government contracts to provide foster care services may refuse to license same-sex couples as potential foster parents because of the agencies’ religious beliefs.

Clergy across the country agree that religious freedom should not give anyone the right to impose their beliefs on another or to discriminate against LGBTQ people when providing government services. Diverse institutional religious leaders have a unique and critically important role to play in offering this perspective to the Court, and a new brief featuring the voices of faith leaders like you will be an important one.

By filling out this form, you will be joining as an amicus to this very important brief. Our team may be in touch with more information. To view the version of this brief that was filed in the Third Circuit before the appeal to the Supreme Court, click here.
